  BEST. SERVICE. EVER!!!!!!!!!!! And they never left their office. I had an error code on my display on my fridge. Sears would NOT HELP over the phone and their little "chat" expert told me I needed a new grill fan, and they couldn't come out until after Thanksgiving...3 weeks away. What??????? We had just moved it away from the wall to do drywall repairs, how is this possible. Anyway, but my new best friend HOLLY, who answered the phone suggested that since it's a computer try a reboot...essentially unplug and replug. SHE IS A GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From this day forward I will only call Apple Appliance Center.

  I caled and was needing them to come out and repair my refrigerator, they acted like Bluffton was so far away. I told the that my house was only 15 from their office and she said "oh wow well we can't go that far off island" I called Resort Appliance. Sorry for being such an inconvenience.
