  Vincent was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He steered us in the right direction for what we were looking for and explained why we were spending more than necessary even though he lost money on the sale by showing us that we didn't need all the bells and whistles we were considering. Took his time with us to make sure we were satisfied with our final decision. The delivery tuned out to be challenging because of the hurricane and our being out of town for a while, but all went well in the end and our installers were very professional and did an excellent job of installation. The were very courtious and neat. Cleaned up everything before leaving. This is definitely a 5 star business I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone in the need of an appliance or appliance company.
